![]() Roadrunner 3D Surface Construction Management System (NETIS)
1 million yen-5 million yen |
"Road Runner" is an application that supports most surveying tasks at construction sites, including pile driving, setting out, and checking the finished shape. ■ Uses true 3D design data By using 3D data, it is possible to accurately grasp areas that could not be represented in paper drawings or previous data, such as the junctions of slopes and ground. ■ Enables construction without inconsistencies or mistakes through centralized data management It is possible to manage complex elements such as different routes of road design and construction, junctions with temporary roads and existing roads, as well as land development, all in one place. ■ High precision for setting out, pile driving, and checking the finished shape at arbitrary locations By simply inputting the additional distance for the desired setting out location, a graphic cross-section of the desired position is displayed. Additionally, checking the finished shape can be done without being constrained by management cross-sections; it only requires measuring the position you want to check to display the deviation from the design. ■ Wide scalability that does not limit the work area to specific processes Road Runner is an application that operates with both total stations and GNSS. In earthworks, GNSS is used, while total stations are utilized for paving, which requires high precision, allowing for effective use of equipment and optimization of work. | Easy to set up string lines without calculations and confirm the finished shape! (NETIS CG-110031-VE) This system allows for easy string line setup and confirmation of the finished shape without the need for surveying calculations, using GNSS and automatic tracking total stations. It enables string line setup without troublesome surveying calculations even in interchange construction where multiple alignments, such as embankment inclusions and ramps or side roads, are mixed. Since its registration in NETIS in 2011, it has been implemented at over 200 sites from Hokkaido to Okinawa. In 2017, it was also selected as a promoted technology by the Tohoku Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. This system was developed by Sect Consultant, Leica Geosystems, and our company. https://www.sanyou-sokki.co.jp/business/i_construction.html | |
